Friday Campers checking in and settling down at camps
On arrival Kids Club paperwork with this year’s feature creature; colouring in; and questions. (answers can be found around the park or if you wish to stay at camp then they can be googled) This is not a competition but just for fun. Saturday, exploring the park or the local district. Saturday night Tag-along. Our organizers will design the night run tag-along according to the safest tracks and according to the conditions on the night. Marshals will be placed within the tag-along team to see that nobody strays. (The park at night has no recognizable landmarks so all participants must stay on the designated tracks for their own safety) Sunday Easter egg hunt all over the park. Memphis Movers will in the camping areas throughout the day. 2 to 3.30pm. Damper cooking comp. at the big shed on camp ground B. Scones, dampers, sweet or savory; BYO ingredients, tools and table. We will supply the hot coals. Prizes to be announced. (might be judged by Val from Memphis Movers and a Bank Manager (our bank) 7.30 pm Fireworks display by Mr. Fireworks International (Brisbane) Evening around the campfire Monday pack-up and home at your leisure Not forgetting Captain Mike & Johey Jarvis Helicopter Joy flights all weekend |

Note:
- N.B. Make sure that your number-plates are free of any mud before leaving the park.
- We will have new arrangements in place for our rubbish over the weekend to comply with EPA following the Carbon Tax legislation. Once we know exactly what we are required to do we will put it up on the net.
- Dogs must have some type of tick protection.
- Bring long sleeve tops and long pants if you plan to do any of the walks, lavender oil and RID
- We have Telstra Next G phone reception only. The reception on park can be poor because of the hills.
- A small generator is fine if you plan to camp away from the main camping grounds. Please turn off by 9pm. If you need a generator for medical reasons please tell us so that we can place you in the most appropriate area to meet your needs
- You may bring your own porta-loo and bury the contents. A porta-loo palice is available at the Woodenbong Camping area beside the swimming pool at no cost.
- A courtesy bus will be available from the Crown Hotel Urbenville. They have a new menu and a guest chef over Easter and a program of entertainment.
